Chef’s handmade fresh ricotta mousse, anchovies and braised
endive escarole with pine nuts, raisins and black olives

Polpette, Friarielli e Scagliozzi
70% beef - 30% pork ragú meatballs, crispy polenta and sautéed
rapini with garlic and Italian chili flakes

Ziti al Ragú
Traditional 8 hours pork and beef stewed tomato sauce over ziti
pasta

Melanzane e Cioccolato
Dark chocolate sauce over velvety deep fried eggplants coated in
brown sugar, cinnamon, almonds and lemon zest
