From the chef - We are a collective of incredible storytellers, experience designers, musicians, chefs and artists putting all our passion for immersive experiences at the service of food to help Chef's around the world craft the stories of their dishes and design better experiences for their guests. We are creators of magic and rituals.

Chefs

My previous career as a film director crafted my vision as a food artist. In the kitchen, I blend ingredients with storytelling, delicious dishes with rituals, I create experiences around the table that are as important as the flavors that come out of it because I firmly believe that what we eat and the stories we tell define who we are.

Most of my kitchen is vegetarian or vegan (with some occasional fish) with a mix of influences that start in the fires of Patagonia (my mother was from Argentina) and that grow roots in between the American continent and Spain, where I was born, with strong influences from Asia.

I am a nomad chef and aI create experiences around food all over the world.
