This special dinner is presented by Real California Milk, providing the dairy ingredients and a curated California cheese board with local cheesemonger Lydia Clarke of DTLA Cheese and Kippered.

Having worked under top chef alumnus and even appearing on various cooking shows, now he’s looking to make a name for himself. With approachable food that pushes the boundaries. Feeding your heart, mind and soul while also having a fun and whimsical approach to his food.
