You're in for a treat - Homa finds its origins in the same place all all the best food: a Grandmothers Kitchen. The concept Named after the Chef's grandmother, is an expression of union between two different food Cultures. Melding the aromas, spices, flavors and nostalgia of a childhood spent in Irna with Inspiration from the Californian terroir, Jahromi's food offers a new spin on what Persian food can be seen and interpreted today. Jahromi's Hospitality career has a diverse and rich collection of industry staples that began in New York with Names such as Balthazar. In Los Angeles, he's run Beverage Programs and at establishments like NeueHouse and The Audrey and Is Currently a GM with Los Angeles based hospitality veterans The 1933 Group.
