My previous career as a film director crafted my vision as a food artist. In the kitchen, I blend ingredients with storytelling, delicious dishes with rituals, I create experiences around the table that are as important as the flavors that come out of it because I firmly believe that what we eat and the stories we tell define who we are.
Most of my kitchen is vegetarian or vegan (with some occasional fish) with a mix of influences that start in the fires of Patagonia (my mother was from Argentina) and that grow roots in between the American continent and Spain, where I was born, with strong influences from Asia.
