Born in Ukraine, Vladimir Zenkin began his culinary career as a chef in the navy. Through this experience, his aspiration to become a prominent chef developed at a young age. His passion for creating a memorable culinary experience comes from a desire to combine high-quality ingredients with personal and unique recipes. Since moving to Los Angeles in 1993, he has held an Executive Chef role at top restaurants, where he continues to innovate recipes and bring his passion for food for each individual to experience on their plate. As the Culinary Directory of the Los Angeles Athletic Club, he is continuously inspired to bring members a meal that incorporates a new essence with a traditional aspect, which corresponds accordingly with LAAC as an establishment.
